- Early morning drive to Jankichatti.
- Begin trek to Yamunotri Temple (6 - 8km)
- Darshan of Yamuna Mata and visit Surya Kund.
- Return trek and drive back to Barkot.
- Overnight stay in Barkot.

- After breakfast, proceed to Uttarkashi, the land of temples.
- Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
